MOTOR RETURN

A Motor Return Authorization (MRA) is provided by our Service department when a motor return is requested. MRA form is available for download; the customer should provide preliminary information indicated on the form needed to get the return authorization: motor type/description, motor serial number, application and reasons of the return (such as: standard maintenance, request of repair with description of the issue). This form should be sent to our Service Team via e-mail (sales@calzoni-hydraulics.com); the customer will then be contacted with the MRA # and the instructions to arrange motor return to our company.

5-DAY CHECK

Once the motor has arrived in our facilities, based on the information provided by the customer about the reason of return, the motor is disassembled and inspected. An inspection report, with the description of the findings, the possible reason of the failure and the quotation with lead time of the motor repair, is generated and sent to the customer for evaluation and approval. The time frame to get an inspection report once the motor is received in our facility is normally 5 days.

REPAIR

Thanks to our stock availability and our manufacturing capability, we are able to repair the motors in the shortest time possible. If all needed spare part are available on stock, 5 days are normally necessary to reassemble and test a motor.

Urgent requests of motor repair can be realized in 2 working days, provided that spare parts are in stock.
