People – We ensure safe and fair working conditions, foster diversity, and invest in personal and professional growth. As a manufacturer, we are especially proud that our last workplace accident happened in 2017.

Planet – We reduce emissions, conserve resources and drive innovation for sustainable technologies. Not only at Calzoni but over the PIPE Group, sustainability is part of our engineering mindset.​
We operate with solar power from some of our rooftops and have already started producing and using green steel to reduce our footprint.​

Partnership-We act transparently and build long-term relationships with customer and suppliers. Our goal is to combine technological progress with responsibility, creating lasting value beyond business. Our company is almost 190 years old and some partnerships are of same the age.
